Isaac Tomeho is the sole curator of MAHU. 49beaverunknownrecords holds all copyright, music publishing, master recording, and sound recording rights in the music offered in the MAHU catalog. Listening access does not transfer any of those rights.
Personal listening
MAHU makes its catalog available for personal, noncommercial streaming under the Terms of use. Original master files are reserved for the rights holder. Saving a track creates a library bookmark; it does not grant a license to download or reuse the music.
Request permission
For synchronization, sampling, remixing, distribution, public performance, or other licensing requests, contact mahumesso@gmail.com. Include the recording, the proposed use, the territory, and the intended duration. A request does not grant permission; a separate written authorization is required unless the use is permitted by law.
Report a rights concern
If you believe material on MAHU infringes your rights, email mahumesso@gmail.com with your contact details, the material's title or URL, the work or right concerned, and an explanation of your ownership or authority to act. We will review the concern and request any additional information needed to address it.
Nothing in this notice restricts fair use, fair dealing, or other exceptions and rights protected by applicable law. Third-party software, fonts, and other separately licensed materials retain their own ownership and license terms.
